* Less than 24 hours: no refund

3. Weather & Itinerary
Tours may change or be rescheduled due to weather or operational reasons.

4. Late Arrival
Late guests are considered no-show (no refund).

5. Responsibility
Guests must be in good condition. We are not responsible for injury, loss, or damage.

6. Insurance
Basic insurance included. Personal insurance is recommended.

7. Exclusions
Komodo National Park fees & ranger fees are not included.

8. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations due to unforeseen events (weather, government, etc).
